Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is on its way to Nintendo Switch

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is set to be released on the 1^st December for the Nintendo Switch, and this time around we’re expecting a bigger storyline, more characters and faster gameplay.

So what do we know so far?

Well, as “the giant beasts march toward death, the last hope is a scavenger named Rex—and Pyra, a living weapon known as a Blade.” This opening line from the developers is enough to say what the new game will be like. Each titan will host its own distinct cultures, wildlife, and diverse regions to explore but you are Rex and Pyra, and it’s up to you to wander through your own world to bond with allies and fight with enemies. Another big aspect of the game is uncovering the history of Alrest and the mystery of its endless ocean of clouds, so there’s a common storyline running throughout to keep you entertained for hours.
