Fianl Fantasy XIV Gets Expansion Pack

Super popular Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn’s has finally had its first expansion packed unveiled by Square Enix. The add-on entitled ‘Heavensward’ was unveiled at the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival in Las Vegas and features a whole heap of updates. The expansion revolves around the ongoing war between the city and Dravinia, taking place in Ishgard. The Holy See of Ishgard will include all new recipes, gear, jobs, dungeons, areas etc. Square Enix announced details last week of the ‘Dreams of Ice’ patch for the game, which includes additional stories, enemies, locations and dungeons. The ‘Heavensward’ expansion will be released early Spring in 2015.

FIFA 15 Users Still Experiencing Problems

As with every FIFA release, there are always bugs with the game at the start. Usually these are fixed within a couple of weeks, but nearly a whole month has passed and gamers are still experiencing problems online. The most recent complaint is that player are having to up to 12 hours for player transfers to be completed. EA Sports have officially acknowledged the problem on Twitter, claiming that they are “aware of the issue” and are “currently looking into it”. FIFA 15 received a patch update last week where it fixed issues in Career Mode, camera angles in Online Seasons and home crowds on Match Day Live games.  

Bloodborne Only Possible On PlayStation 4?

New action title Bloodborne, can only be developed on the PlayStation 4 according to the games director Hidetaka Miyazaki. “I always wanted to make a game set in the Victorian era, but to make it look good — with all the clothing and the architecture and things — required a console more powerful than the ones that were around. The arrival of the PS4 finally gave us that. Bloodborne isn’t a game that could have been cross-generation, it was only possible on PS4.” The team behind Bloodborne made the popular Dark Souls game, and have scheduled the release of Bloodborne for February next year.
