Fianl Fantasy XIV Gets Expansion Pack

Super popular Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn’s has finally had its first expansion packed unveiled by Square Enix. The add-on entitled ‘Heavensward’ was unveiled at the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival in Las Vegas and features a whole heap of updates.

The expansion revolves around the ongoing war between the city and Dravinia, taking place in Ishgard. The Holy See of Ishgard will include all new recipes, gear, jobs, dungeons, areas etc.

Square Enix announced details last week of the ‘Dreams of Ice’ patch for the game, which includes additional stories, enemies, locations and dungeons.

The ‘Heavensward’ expansion will be released early Spring in 2015.
